Hello,
As you know I have been very involved in the White Fence Farm Crescent Development situation since the project was first proposed in early 2019. As a resident of Summer Field I know how negative of an impact the original development would have been for our community as well as for all other surrounding neighborhoods. I have reviewed the proposed Settlement which has been negotiated between UNIFIED, Crescent Communities and the City of Lakewood and fully support it as proposed. Although the project as now proposed does not fully comply with our Official Development Plan it certainly is an acceptable compromise. I would like to encourage the City Council to approve this Settlement in order to resolve the legal issues/lawsuits and to allow this project to move forward.
Thank you.
Regards,
Debora Emert

White Fence Farm Agreement

Addressed to the City Council:

The potential settlement for the White Fence Farm development project will be presented to the Council on November 23rd for their approval. The HOA Board at Summer Field Townhomes wishes to send their support for this settlement. Due to the proximity of Summer Field and Wild Flower Patio Homes, we all have a genuine interest in this property development. Also we have concerns about how this property will integrate with the larger part of the neighborhood. We believe this settlement agreement is the right way to proceed.

Thank you for your consideration,
Summer Field Townhomes HOA Board

Hello,
The settlement agreement was summarized at our Summer Field Town Homes HOA Annual Meeting on November 18th. I have reviewed the settlement and find it acceptable and in favor of mutual understandings between both parties. It will develop a neighboring parcel of land that may start to affect Summer Field Town Homes and other neighboring properties based on lack of activity. There have been reports made of transient and homeless activity on the vacant property earlier in 2020. I support the settlement and hope it will be approved by the City Council.

Thank You For Your Time,
