(1) A motion to hold an executive session of the Lakewood Reinvestment Authority pursuant to sections 2.15(c)(2), (3) and (c)(4) of the City of Lakewood home rule charter and sections 24-6-402(4)(a), (b) and (e)(1) of the Colorado Revised Statutes for the purpose of receiving legal advice regarding a potential grant agreement with the Alameda Business Improvement District. (2) A motion to hold an executive session of the Lakewood Reinvestment Authority pursuant to sections 2.15(c)(2), (3) and (c)(4) of the City of Lakewood home rule charter and sections 24-6-402(4)(a), (b) and (e)(1) of the Colorado Revised Statutes for the purpose of receiving legal advice regarding a potential grant and revolving loan fund with the Colorado Enterprise Fund. (3) A motion to hold an executive session of the Lakewood Reinvestment Authority pursuant to sections 2.15(c)(2), (3) and (c)(4) of the City of Lakewood home rule charter and sections 24-6-402(4)(a), (b) and (e)(1) of the Colorado Revised Statutes for the purpose of receiving information concerning the acquisition of real property, to receive legal advice regarding such land transaction matter, and to be advised of any matters subject to negotiation.
