I do believe that this will adversely impact the use of my property. My tenant is already talking about vacating the residence where she has been farming goats for years. 7650 West 10th is adjacent to the drive thru lane and it is a farm property where the goat milk is consumed by people. I'm worried about idoling car pollution, loud radios, and noise getting worse for our farm. I'd like to remain involved in discussions on this.08/06/2017 11:14 am
As an addition to our earlier comment, we believe vegetation (taller trees) and a decorative 8' wall along the west side of the property line with 7650 West 10th could be helpful. The plan in general looks good as long as we get those protections from noise and pollution added.08/06/2017 11:35 am
