How This Site Works
Lakewood Speaks is a limited public forum which allows community members to review and give input on Planning Commission and City Council actions, as well as issues of general community impact, without needing to attend public hearings.
On Lakewood Speaks you can learn about upcoming Planning Commission and City Council agenda items and provide input:
- See the staff and applicant presentations
- Review materials like site plans, staff reports, and ordinances and resolutions scheduled for Planning Commission or City Council
- Ask questions of City staff or the applicant
- Submit comments to the Planning Commission and/or City Council for the public record
